Frequently asked Questions

How does the process work?

Upload a clear photo of your pet, choose your aircraft and display style and place your order. We then turn your pet into a fully qualified pilot, in a manner of speaking!

Our artists create a realistic portrait featuring your pet alongside your chosen aircraft, ready for display.

What type of photo works best?

For best results, please upload a clear, high-resolution image with your pet facing forward or slightly angled in good lighting. Natural light works best.

Avoid toys, hands, or anything covering the face.

Phone photos are absolutely fine as long as they are sharp.

Can you create portraits of pets other than dogs?

Yes. We can create portraits for almost any pet including cats, horses, rabbits, guinea pigs, birds, reptiles, and more.

If your pet has a face, we can usually turn them into a pilot.

Fish can be more challenging due to reflections, water, and fine detail, but you are welcome to ask and we will advise honestly.

Can I choose any aircraft?

Yes. You can select from our available aircraft options or use the Request an Airframe option to request a specific aircraft.

From modern fighter jets to historic warbirds, if it flies, we can usually assign your pet to it.

What if I do not see the aircraft I want?

Simply select Request an Airframe and tell us what aircraft you would like.

We will source it and create your portrait using your requested aircraft.

Can I add my pet’s name to the flight suit?

Yes. Your pet’s name can be added as a realistic embroidered name patch on the flight suit, giving a professional and authentic look.

Will my pet really look like a pilot?

Yes. Our focus is realism, not cartoon style.

We carefully match lighting, proportions, and detail so your pet looks like a genuine pilot and not just a pet wearing fancy dress.

What type of pets work best?

Dogs and cats usually produce the strongest and most detailed results, but we can work with most animals if the photo is clear.

The better the photo, the better the final portrait.

What is the acrylic panel?

Your portrait is printed and mounted behind a premium 5 mm diamond-polished acrylic sheet.

This creates a sharp, glass-like finish with depth and a high-end appearance.

What is the difference between Float Style and Classic Style?

Float Style gives a clean, modern look where the image appears to float on the wall.

Classic Style uses chrome fixing bolts for a bold, professional display with a military feel.

Both look superb, so it really comes down to your taste and your wall.

Is this a physical product?

Yes. This is a professionally printed and finished display piece, not a digital download.

How long does production take?

Production typically takes 3 to 7 working days, plus delivery time.

Even elite pilots need a little processing time!

What if my photo is not suitable?

If your photo is not suitable, we will contact you and request a better one before proceeding.

We want your pet looking heroic, not blurry.

Will I get to approve the design first?

If your order includes a preview or approval stage, we will send your artwork for review before final production.

If changes are needed, these can be discussed at that stage.
